Navigating Cannabis Use in Employees/Clients, with Consideration for Anxiety and Depression
Sponsored by Gateway Foundation

How do we navigate cannabis use in employees/clients, especially those with depression and anxiety? Discussing cannabis use today can be challenging. Discerning its place in health care, accepting its societal destigmatization, considering its impact on work performance and mental health and reflecting on our own feelings about cannabis use, all contribute to the complexities it brings in today's day and age. There is a spectrum of use, and identifying when this use becomes problematic for patients/clients is paramount and individualized.
