The Power of Being Enough: Connection, Identity, Self-Compassion and Attachment in Recovery?

Workshop will focus on the impact early attachment and relationships have on an individuals way of engaging with the world. The foundations of attachment are critical to be aware when working with individuals who have a substance use disorder. The workshop will focus on fostering self compassion during a time where criticism and self-hatred often reside. Workshop will identify ways to help foster connection with others and with one's own recovery program.
