The 2022 NIEAPA Conference was a success! Returning to an in-person conference was refreshing for us as an organization, and for our attendees and sponsors. Being able to connect face to face is crucial to building the relationships that make NIEAPA a central figure in the Chicago and Northern Illinois EAP and Behavioral Health landscape, and it was good to see so many people so excited to be having those interactions in person again. We had over two hours of the day's agenda devoted to time for attendees to hit the exhibit hall and connect with our sponsors, exhibitors, and each other.

Building on the success of our past conferences, NIEAPA is excited to once again plan for an in person annual conference in 2023 - this year's theme is The Evolution of EAP! We expect between 200- 300 attendees that represent a range of EA stakeholders and thought leadership. Gain a more powerful presence by becoming a conference sponsor!

While the Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorship packages and exhibit table openings are unlimited, our premium sponsorship slots - those that offer you an opportunity to get up in front of our attendees and address them directly during the conference - are limited! We have the following premium slots remaining available on a first-come basis:

2023 NIEAPA Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Prospectus

Instructions

You will make selections within the registration form detailing which items you wish to purchase. If you select a bundled package – i.e., a Keynote, Recovery Speaker, Speaker, Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsorship – you may also still select additional items a la carte. All registrants will need to provide the following at the time of registration:

• Name, email address, and phone number of the primary contact with whom you wish NIEAPA to communicate regarding the sponsorship
•  The name of the organization, group, or individual in whose name the sponsorship is being purchased
•  A sponsor logo image file; .jpg or .png format preferred
•  Any social media handles used by the sponsor (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• A short piece of "boilerplate" copy describing your organization for promotional usage; no more than 150 words, please

Premium sponsorships are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Due to the need for material lead-time in order to design, prepare, and process/print digital and physical materials, we cannot guarantee fulfilment of the following items for sponsors registering after April 30, 2023:

• Digital Program Booklet Ads
• Lanyard, Tote Bag, or Wi-Fi Sponsorships
